Please take your business ELSEWHERE!!! Most horrible experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I came there to purchase a vehicle big enough for my family. Keep in mind I have two severely disabled children. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them. Before buying we were told they would have the ac and motor mounts replaced within 48 hours of purchasing contact. We agreed. We left the lot in the can took our kids out to dinner only to come out van didn't start. We're told by O'Reilly the batter had a dead cell. Brought in to the establishment the next day. 9/28/15 they agreed to replace battery and fix stuff contingent with contact left or vehicle there. A week later it was ready after I had to call repeatedly. When van was left had matenence required light on. Got in it ion pickup and now check engine light was on. Asked what that was about said they were unsure but would speak to mechanic and get back with me.Get on the highway and transmission was throwing you into gears worse then the day we purchased it. Called them the best morning was told because honda made a luxury van this was how it drove. 3 days after was getting worse called them back was told to being it back. We brought it back was told it was still motor mounts and a sensor. That it would be ready no later than 72 hours later. That Monday had to call again was told it still want done but that they needed a payment from me. Uh no not when the vehicle hasn't been fixed in two weeks. Manager called me Wednesday and said it was fixed drove from Benbrook to pick up just too get there wait an hour and half to find out it hasn't been fixed. At that point was offered a Nissan van but they needed 450 more down. We didn't have it and said we needed our van taken care of. Well its been a month still no van. I have to call daily speak to voice mail and still no one calls back. Don't even give you a loaner during this time. Just to be told today they aren't going to call you if they have no updates. I asked on Friday for my down payment back cause I didn't feel there would ever be a solid relationship between the establishment and myself. Wad told manager would contact me back still waiting. Called today after I spoke with my lawyer ed chapa. He said to take them to small claims court. Now they are telling me I have to go through arbitration oh hell no court out is. Plus have the footage from first night time and date stamped shouted we were stuck for an hour.all they van day is they offered me another car. No they haven't unless I could put more down. I refuse to deal with it. I am making a complaint to bbb. They are theives. I have since lousy my job and me and one of my disabled children walks two miles to and from her school. Please don't do business with them. Join talking to their mechanics the parts still have not been brought to fix the vehicle.
