I built my home new about 15 years ago and had never heard of having your dryer vent cleaned.. My washer and dryer are about 7 years old but newer technology and I thought worked quite well until I EXPERIENCED THE DIFFERENCE. I have two long-hair furry cats and cat fur goes everywhere. About 3 months ago I finally engaged Homesafe to clean my dryer vent. It was unbelievable when they showed me the pictures of the inside of my household dryer vent, Made me wonder how my dryer managed to catch any lent. Everything was made 100% correct and up to code. for the past three months since this was completed, my dryer has been doing the job it was meant to do. don't even hesitate, call them today for your appointment. Great company! The owner Jake and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer vent and fixing other problems related to our inefficient dryer vent. The staff was very courteous, prompt and kind. They kept me in the loop on all that they needed to do. They worked hard and had fair prices. I had Home Safe Dryer Vent Cleaning out to clean my vent hood as a result of my noticeable increase in drying time. I have recently moved to a new house and after hooking up my dryer, I noticed that my dry times were 3 times longer than before (up to 3 hours to dry a load). I thought maybe my dryer had broken in the move but then checked the exhaust on my dryer and found that it was hot. I noticed that my dryer was collecting moisture when it was run (another vent problem sign). I called HomeSafe out to look at my vent and after visual inspection, lint was found in the exhaust hood. It was clogged as a result of the lint not being able to escape due to a fine mesh grill blocking the exit. HomeSafe cut the mesh out, cleared the lint and reinstalled the vent cover. I ran a load of wash shortly there after and sure enough, it only took 25 mins to dry. Problem solved. The vent was clogged and no air could escape. If your dryer is taking a long time to dry, you may want to have your vents checked. The company did a good job, the staff were friendly, and the problem was fixed. Can't ask for more. Think twice about your dryer going out and get your vents inspected.

Very nice and professional owner and employee. Inspection is free and they show you what your vent looks like. No pressure for sale and my laundry room was cleaner after they left that is was when they arrived. Also note that this is a locally owned christian company where the owner is who you talk to and who arrives to work. They arrived on time and price estimate given over the phone was exactly what was charged.

Jacob is honest, professional, and helpful. He came out promptly when scheduled. He removed the exhaust hose & inspected & took pictures, then went on roof & removed vent cap, inspected and took pictures. He then showed me that our vent was clear & did not need cleaning (it had been cleaned 2 years ago). I felt that his getting on the roof was worth something, but he refused to take a penny. He earned a future customer and lots of referrals today.

HomeSafe Dryer Vent Cleaning did a great jobon my dryer vent. My clothes were taking forever to dry and my dryer was overheating. Our clothes were taking too long to dry and the top of the dryer was very hot. I googled why this would be happening and learned a bit about lint clogged ducts. I found HomeSafe Professional and spoke with Jacob. He came to the house the next day and gave a free inspection and showed us the pictures of the clogged ducts. He explained what was needed and what he would be doing. Afterwards he showed pictures of the cleared duct and vent. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I called Jacob with HomeSafe Vent Cleaning mid morning and he arrived the same day in the early afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by his promptness and was even more so elated with his demeanor and professionalism. He was very approachable and courteous. When it comes to service people in your home, it's always a bit of a gamble, but I was perfectly comfortable with his presence. He certainly seemed to know what he was doing and was in and out rather quickly but was also very thorough. He checked the vent end on the roof for debris, and begun working from the inside in the laundry room, removing the lint that had built up overtime. My dryer vent was filled with a considerable amount of lint and was limiting the efficiency of my dryer.
