Phillip Boyer did an excellent job in overcoming the many unusual obstacles we encountered in the sale of my mother’s home. She had to sell due to health problems and Phillip was very patient and made her comfortable and secure that her interests were being protected. He was always professional and kept me informed about what was happening. He was able to answer every question that we had.
