Please do not move here. Gates never work & always open, maintenance request never completed nor addressed unless you spend countless hours following up. Notices not left in home when maintenance has been in home while residents are gone. Pool stayed dirty all summer long & was green not blue. Workout room filthy no trash can. Have 1 computer in business center and center is often locked during normal business hours with no access when office is closed. Townhomes are old & not maintained. Very sloppy painting and carpentry work inside units. If you view a model just know the actual unit you move into will look nothing like the well maintained show model. Units foundation is cracked inside and outside from floors to ceilings. Indoor heating is horrible and Furnance kicks out cold air during colder months. Hot water heaters do not suffice in providing adequate water temperatures for a reasonable amount of time (e.g. No hot water after a 7 minute shower). I cannot wait for my 1 yr lease to end so I can get out of here. Again please do not move here unless everything I mentioned above is something you can live with when it comes to paying this high rent each and every month at a Legacy Point Townhomes. Totally not worth the money!!!!!
