Run away! This is the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. Cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen. Air conditioning breaks bi-monthly and they don’t ever *really* fix it. They once hired a tenant as a “security guard.” Creepiest guy ever, would walk around with a flash light and curse out the other tenants. I know this sounds like I’m exaggerating because no place could possibly be that bad. But it really, really is. Oh! The gate would break frequently and either be stuck open, so homeless people would be sleeping at the base of my stairs blocking my way up to my apartment, OR closed so I would literally be late to work because I couldn’t get out of the parking lot. I’d complain to Lily, the manager, and she’d brush me off consistently. Please, don’t move here. You’ll be miserable. It really is a living hell.
