I used to love this place, until they get my order totally wrong. They delivered it to the car, put it in the passenger side window, and i drove off, after driving 18 miles, i get home and realize it is not my order. I call them, and ask to speak to the manager, an oriental lady says she is the manager. I tell her what happened, she says, you took someone else's order, and this lady is mad, yelling in the parking lot that she waited over 30 minutes and someone else took her order. I mention that the order was delivered to my car, i didn't "take" it. she says, bring it back and we will give you what you ordered. I am not going to drive back 18 miles on Friday in rush hour traffic to bring this food back. i am home for the day/night. she states, well then we will have to remake this lady's food. (is this somehow now my fault?) after asking me 3 times to bring the lady's food back to her, she realizes I am not going to drive back 18 miles then 18 more miles back to my house to correct their mistake. and were they really going to give the food that had been in my car that long to someone else??? ok so the Oriental lady says she will put my name on the back of my receipt and next time i come in, she will replace my order. so the next time i go in there 2 weeks later, i ask for her, she says that never happened. I said, It was you that i was talking to. No it was not me! she said, (ok so now not only am i thief of chicken, but now I am a liar?) yes ma'am it was you, I recognize your voice (very thick accent) NO IT WAS NOT ME, THIS NEVER HAPPENED! she said. I do not even work during the time you said this happened (it was at 5pm and i was having this discussion with her at 5:30pm, so she DOES work during this time) so she said, I will call the night manager for you (who proceeds to tell me that this never happened, and that i would have been required to bring back the food that i didn't pay for, and no one remembers this and no receipt was found, so now he says I'm lying)

Love this place, food is very good. Portions did go down since they opened, but a nice place to go. cheaper than other chicken places.

Awesome food great prices.

When they first opened they were real competitive in the area, now everything has gotten smaller, and more expensive. Wouldn't mind that much about paying more if I received the original portions. also tired of continually returning to the store for items left out of our order... :-(
