They really helped me out in a pinch when I broke my glasses. Roger, the optician helped me and used his in office lab to make my glasses the same day!

I've been very happy with Dr Hanson and his staff. I recently got glasses the same day for my elderly mother. She's in a wheel chair and the office pampered her and gave her extra time and care. I'm very pleased. They processed her insurance plan easily and explained everything thouroughly,

We have gone to Dr. Hanson for years. His office staff is wonderful! Best service I have ever had choosing frames for myself and my family. My son has a long, narrow face and I would be at a total loss finding frames that fit. Roger pulls out the 5 (or fewer) that he thinks will work. Voila! Very sad that our insurance no longer covers getting our glasses at this office. Tho they are very gracious about giving us the prescription to take with. Sad fact: the big box places do not provide this kind of service. I've gone back to Dr Hanson after having my prescription filled elsewhere ... and discovered the glasses were made incorrectly. Sigh. If I could afford to abandon my insurance benefits, I would.
