Provided by YP.comFor assembly-line massages on at least a monthly basis, the concept is sound; however, the quality of the massage depends on who provides the service and this depends on availability (yours and the service provider's). Membership automatically renews and you require "permission" to cancel. This can result in additional charges if you can't handle the paperwork quickly (or if you [wrongly] believe that you can just call and cancel or stop paying). Further, customer service is not their strong suit. I was a member for several years when it became clear that I was not able to obtain value for the monthly fees. I had 25 prepaid massages that I could not use. They were all lost when I discontinued the membership. But to have used them, I would have to continue paying membership fees, where it was already clear that I was not able to use them on a monthly basis already.
What other spas have (e.g., dressing rooms, showers, and amenities) is worth paying more, especially for services you can actually schedule when you need/want.
I feel that they fleeced me out of 25 x $80 ($2,000) -- although it was entirely my fault for not quitting sooner.
I was not pleased with how they handled my membership termination. It took more of my time than did signing up. :-(

Provided by YP.comI was given a gift certificate for 3 massages. I was informed the gift card wouldn't be honored because prices had changed. I had to pay a $40 membership fee in order to use my gift card. I was told the membership fee would allow me to purchase an additional 3 massages for $40 each. However; after my 3 gift card sessions, I was told I needed to pay an additional $40 membership fee to buy more massages. I couldn't believe the run-around they were giving me. I asked to speak with a manager and was given more of a run-around, apparently managers are rarely on premises.
In all fairness, the facility was clean and well decorated. The massage therapist was excellent. I just felt frustrated and tense all over again due to the $40 "membership fee policy".

Provided by YP.comThis place is very soothing and relaxing, you go in a relax in there relaxation room with dimmed lights and very soothing music until your therapist is ready for you, then they take you in a do a quick consultation with you before the massage begins, the good thing about them is they do not use alot of oils like some places, its mostly lotions. As you leave they give you a bottle of water to detoxify. The staff is very friendly...my favorite part is that they take there last massage at 9:00pm so even if I have to work late I still have time for my appt...First time visitors get there massage for $39 (1 hour swedish) after your first visit you can pay $65 each visit or have it drafted from your account and visit every month for $50..pretty good deal!! Try em out youll go back.
