I had to rate my own business to be able to respond to these two negative reviews, so I tried to be subjective and fair. As the owner of MILLS CS and the assistant director of Mary's House, I want to assure you that we strive to be the best HCS agency and Day Hab around. Mary's House is one of the most active day habs in Texas and fully ADA compliant. MILLS CS and Mary's House are constantly looking for ways to improve our services. Our management team and direct care staff are, committed, loving and passionate towards our clientele. We understand, unfortunately, that there are relationships that just do not work out for various reasons. We strive to keep these situations to an extreme minimum. Steer clear of this vendor. The woman that runs it is very unprofessional and treats the clients as if they are lying. Go somewhere else! We are changing vendors as soon as possible through Mhmr.
