Provided by YP.comI've been at war with bugs since I've moved in. Cockaroaches, spiders, and ants have plagued this apartment for almost a year. The Orkin guy is supposed to come around like once a month and I've only seen him once and he didn't have any chemicals with him that day. One time he supposedly sprayed while I was out, however the bugs seemed to multiply after that. My daughter also got bit by a huge spider, luckily it wasn't poisonous. I'm constantly spraying around the apartment and killing bugs, it's like they live in the walls. I've also had to have the A/C and heater fixed 3 times. The patio area also floods about 6 inches whenever it rains. This place is not worth what you will pay in rent.
Management at Mustang Creek is concerned about this reveiw. We do have a professional pest control service for our residents, Orkin. However, we recently changed to Webb Pest Control. We service our residents every Monday upon their request and service the exterior per scheduled building. This resident needs to communicate to management to resolve this issue since this matter has not been brought to our attention.
