The owner Scott is full of sh*t! I have been trying to get him for over a year to come fix the foundation and he has given me every excuse in the book. Now he wants to charge me $50 per pier to adjust them since all 22 piers they installed have failed. But it clearly states in the Lifetime Warranty there is no fee! He is a scam artist and a thief. This is my dream home and he has made it a nightmare! I hope he fails at life and i will be getting an attorney after i find someone else to fix his F**k- Ups! Stay away from him!!! Stay away from him. I texted him last week asking for an estimate and a date they can start the work and he is ignoring me!!! He is a horrible person to do business with!!! UPDATE: I contacted the city to see what permits had been pulled on my house for the work (since i need it for a lawsuit) AND i found out that Scott and the guy Jeff that i bought the house from NEVER PULLED PERMITS!!! How low life is that? Waiting to hear back from some attorneys now.
