I've lived here 2 years and a half. In the first year of living here, we had problems with loud music VERY EARLY in the morning, but the staff quickly took care of the problem. Withing the next year, the apartment would send us calenders of little events they would have each month. Some events were like Chocolate Night, Dessert Night, Breakfast On The Go, and Free Pizza night. Those events were very enjoyable, but they stopped having them due to the economy crunch. Within the last couple of months, we experienced problems with ants and roaches, but the staff also took care of that problem quickly. The staff here are very nice and love to get to know the people that live in these apartments. So, I would say if you want to live here, you have made a good choice, just be ready for small incidents. :)
