I'm a local contractor and needing a good fence sub to install/repair fences across the DFW area. After sending a request to Offical Fence they verbally told be that they could do job. A week later nothing was done and Official Fence had not even contacted tenant. Customer service is way below par. They should have at least notified me that they could not get to job and I could have located a another company.

Official Fence installed a fence in my backyard. I was given a detailed quote which included parts and labor. He started the job in the morning and when I returned home from work the job was complete. He came back to my house and let me inspect the fence before I paid him. He even gave me a refund of the few pickets that he didn't use! I was so happy with the work that I recommended him to my mother in law and he did a chain link fence for her. She was thrilled! I recommend Official Fence to all of my friends and coworkers.
