I rented a duplex in Keller from this company. My lease started out with one comoany, then Pam started her own company and my duplex went with her. I lived in this duplex for 4 years, they fixed nothing, charged me for the things I asked to be repaired. The duplex flooded during rain 3 tiles, never replaced my carpet,. When I moved out, they sent a person or crew to clean out the duplex 3 days before I said I would be completely out, and charged me $600 for it. Crooks, no good snakes, Pam is as unprofessional as they come, would never rent from them.

Don’t even bother!! Very unprofessional. They don’t attend to repairs in a timely or proffecional way. Rent went up every time my lease was done yet their professionalism didn’t. When I moved into one of their properties in south Arlington. The home was nice. But the paint job was terrible, rug was old, toilet backed up all the time. Things that I was told would be taken care of. Not to mention the water bug issue. At the end of the day, they expected me to take care of everything! I wondered if I was puchesing the property or renting it. For $1400 a month, I should have gone with the other guys! Not to mention they took 90% of my deposit when I moved out. Charged me for things that were mentioned and noted when I moved in. Over all it was my worst experience in my life! Renting wise. DONT DO IT!!

My wife and I rented one of their properties in the SW Fort Worth area in TX for nearly 2 years.

Each time it was time to renew our lease, the rent went up.

The cost of the rent increases did NOT correlate well with their lack of maintenance to the property whenever we had issues.

Lastly, they kept over 75% of our DEPOSIT to fix up the house, AND they have refused to credit us back a pro rated portion of 5 days rent from our original move out date.

To say THIS company takes advantage of you is putting it mildly...... they are unethical and I encourage anyone looking to rent from Professional Asset Management and Sales to look elsewhere............

Management is unresponsive to required repairs for rental property. Continually advised "work order is in place" however it has been months with no effort made on their part to resolve.

Dishonest & unethical to say the LEAST! Have never bee treated as such until I rented from these con artist. Charged for repairs that should have been home owners responsibility. Do not lease from here, you will surely regret it. Management will play " phone dodge" from you when you try to contact them regarding an issue. Slap you with bogus repair fees if you have a repair done & most assuredly raise you rent! Do not rent if you value your money!

STAY FAR AWAY from this business! I am even scared to write a full review because I know they will some how find out which tenant I am and make my life even worse. I am only 4 months into my lease and it is the worse decision I have made in my life so far. The only way I can say it without saying 'too much' is that, before we even signed the lease, they were rude, and horrible to work with. Stupid me LOVED the house and thought it was worth it. NO. I'd rather live in the apartments that I was in before hand. That was hell to but 10x easier to deal with than PAM. Expect to be charged for things that should be the house OWNERS responsibility and treated like you are scum. I have been documenting every time I speak to them and sending that and pictures to my lawyer to make sure they can't say anything against me. I will write a more full descriptive review once I move out and am done with them. I just don't want to risk it while I still have a contract with them. WARNING: RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! I wish they had a Yelp! review page or anything that would show me the reviews before I moved in.

I would strongly urge someone considering signing a lease with this management company to beware. This is not an honest company. I rent a house with them and in July we had a plumbing leak in our front yard. The maintenance man they sent out told me he fixed it by tightening up a valve but it continued to leak. We called him back out a few days later and he told me that the water had to be coming from the city's lines. We called the city and they came out and confirmed we still had a leak on our side. We called the management company multiple times over the next few weeks trying to get them to send someone out to fix the leak. We received no response. We even showed the leak to the employee who came out to do our annual inspection for the company and he documented it with photos. Still no response. I emailed them a photo I took of the leak in September and followed up 2 weeks later when it still had not been fixed. It was not fixed until October, 2 1/2 months later! Then 3 weeks after that we received a bill for the repairs! Turns out they are accusing us of breaking the original "repair" by driving a car into the grass. They claim to have photos of muddy tire tracks over the area taken by the maintenance man in October. They also claim to have monthly photos showing the leak repaired. They refuse to provide any of these photos. I thought originally it must be a misunderstanding and provided them with the documentation from the City of Fort Worth from 1 week after the maintenance man originally came out proving that the leak had never been fixed in the first place. I also forwarded them my earlier emails with photos showing the leak during the time they claim it was fixed. I assumed the charge would be dropped, but they refused to even consider our documentation and would not drop the charges.

Terrible!! We had trouble from the day after we signed the lease. It was nearly impossible to get any repairs done. Many were still outstanding when we moved out, 3 years later. We left the house in better condition that it was leased to us in, and they still kept 3/4 of our deposit with no explanation.
