Provided by YP.comI am dissatisfied with the level of customer experience and service that I received today. I was hoping for a nice day of pampering and got unfortunately the opposite. Overall I felt as though my presence was unwanted and a burden to deal with. I was not greeted and introduced to my stylist warmly. I gave a general description of what I wanted accomplished over the phone which was layering my extensions. I felt like my stylist could have investigated and confirmed with me more in a formal consultation as I wanted more services along with the layering. Instead I was asked questions nonchalantly when my back was turned as she seemed busy walking away to do something else. A co-worker of hers had to tell me that she was actually talking to me. As the hair appointment went on I felt like she was telling me excuses why my layered style may or my not come out to my desired wants which left me feeling insecure in her ability to accomplish the task to the point of me telling her to not layer the back only the front and sides. She went on to complaining several times about washing my hair and her concerns with it due to her prior experience of her other clients extensions matting up and tangling badly and it taking an hour to untangle which made me feel like one, she did not want to properly handle my hair extensions and two like her time would be wasted styling my hair. I felt embarrassed by her remarks of tangling, and mold growing in the hair if I chose to blow dry it instead of sitting under a hood dryer. I have spent several hundreds on my hair extensions and the application technique pretty must prohibits the growth of mold due to it's free nature of being sewn over fusion beads instead of braids. I am not used to receiving this kind of service and I would hope something be done about it. The style came out great... but not returning to the stylist. It not worth the stress. I feel like I need a massage to work out the stress knots I got from going there. ) :

Provided by YPmobileIf you want a say in how your hair is cut or styled, do not go here. I went in, with pretty short hair to start with, and asked for it to be reshaped. She told me she had to wash it, and I said that wasn't necessary I had just washed it half an hour earlier. I know my hair, that would dry it out. She then proceeded to dry cut my hair. I asked if she was going to wet it, and she said no because she did not shampoo it. She used the buzzers (no clue the actual term) for almost the entire cut, which ended up being too short and entirely lacked the feminine textures that I showed her I wanted. I showed her five pictures from five different angles. And, the icing on the cake, she preached at me the while time about what I should and should not do with my hair!

Provided by YP.comUsed to frequent this Regis Salon a few years ago. Took my daughter to the Master Color Stylist for a color with highlights. After FIVE hours, my daughter ended up with five different colors in her hair. He also cut her hair when we originally told him we only wanted the bangs cut. I told the manager we were not happy with the color and would like a discount because we did not think he would be able to fix it. She said he was the best and would not discount the color because he could fix it and to come back when he got off of work. I took my daughter back and it took an additional TWO PLUS HOURS. My daughter said he was brushing her hair really hard and her hair was coming out in WADS!! Her beautiful long her was now sticky and stringy! He had cut it earlier because he knew he had already damaged it. The manager was gone, the salon was closed and my daughter still had five different colors of hair, even though he had now removed the color twice. We were so upset! And it ONLY cost $260 which we had to pay earlier! My daughter had a very special event she had to attend the next day and we had to put a dark rinse in her hair to cover it. The Manager did end up crediting back some of the money but never apologized. I called Corporate and they called my daughter to apologize. Which meant absolutely nothing to me at that point because I now had a teenager with very damaged THIN hair.

Provided by YP.comI went to Regis because I went somewhere else first and they really messed my hair up really bad. I found my best new friend-hairstylist-and most of all my hero. My hair was really messed up and Rory fixed it and made it look so good. All I have to do is put some products he sold me in it and blow dry it and go. I have had so many compliments and have told everyone I know to go see Rory. THANK YOU SO MUCH RORY!!!!! You are awesome

Provided by YP.comThe girl did not listen to one word I said and instead of just trimming the edges, she took about 6" off of my length. I told her I was trying to grow my hair all one length after having bad layers, and she gave me more defined layers. I also told her that the most important thing was for me to be able to easily throw my hair up in a ponytail because I have mostly wear it up because of my young children. It is now impossible to put it up without puffy poofs of hair coming down on the side. I look like a POODLE! Worst haircut of my life and I would never go back there!
