DO NOT do business with this car lot. After saving for some time I purchased a vehicle for my son s birthday. The price was right, it ran good, LOOKED good and seemed in good condition. Imagine my disappointment two months later when it would not pass inspection. The check engine lignt doesn t come on at all and an O2 censor is out. Even after the BBB and Tx. DOT contacted them they still refuse to work with me in any way. They absoultly refuse to repair, replace or refund. I understand As Is but this is a major repair on this vehicle and it is deception. They sold a vehicle that will not pass. I even offered to add more money for one that was legal. Of course they won t take it back. They know they should not have sold it that way. Unfortunantly Texas laws protect the crook, not the consumer where used merchandise is concerned. Now my son has a vehicle that can' t pass until repaired, can t sell and shouldn t be driven. Imagine how I feel knowing that I spent my hard earned money and purchased an illegal vehicle from a crook.
