Republic charges Arlington residence 7 dollars to throw away trash at this location,Unless you go online and print out a Coupon ,then you can dump for free, We should Not have to add trash to those mountains of trash building up everyday, I would bet more then half of all the trash there is a result of coupons thrown out to trash bin. We should be able to present a license with our Arlington address and be able to dump some trash without a coupon,we already pay big time for sanitation and taxes.Fort worth does not make residents print coupons .I will be reporting this nonsense to city council.

Competitive pricing but that's all. Don't expect anything but total incompetence from these folks. Their customer service is deplorable. Took me all day Monday to finally get someone to send me a contract for service. They never returned my calls. I executed and returned the contract the same day, Monday. Today is Thu. and still no dumpster. Now I have been told they never scheduled it and I won't get the dumpster until Monday.

The worse company customer service I have ever dealt with in my 16 years of working in the construction field....their Time management and their Customer Service skills are 0 to NONE.....I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.............EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They took my trash can!!! I bought one of those HUGE trash cans and wrote DO NOT TAKE! on it and they just threw the whole thing in the truck. It was brand new

Duncan is one of the worst companies to deal with. Their customer service is horrible, and they leave junk from our compactor on the ground everytime they pull. They don't care, and since they have a contract with the city they don't have to. No free market, capitalist competition for the best service and best price wins the business.
