I've seen a negative review or two about the customer pick-up process at the distribution center in Arlington, and wanted to give my opinion. I think they've got a good system - yo know people rarely post a review when things go well. But our experience this morning was just fine. Security was appropriate, they checked ID and order at the gate and again at check in. The info sheet warned about possible long waits, but we didn't have to wait long at all. A dock worker helped us load the furniture, and we were done. Everything was very well packed, and there was no damage. Basically, the experience was just what it should be!

Fort Worth store lies about interest free. GE bank charging 29.99 percent. Lousy customer service and zero follow up! I would never go through this hassle again!
