I had the worse experience ever. As a customer that was asking for help. I was approached and spoken to you in a very unprofessional manner from the business owner himself. All because of a misunderstanding of something he misunderstood. Never the less you do not speak to or treat a customer in the manner that he did Sylvester. Secondly I went back inside the building to let him know how I didn't appreciate his approach he then apologized to know end and admitted that he was wrong. Only then is when he apologized otherwise he was just going to let me leave knowing that he was wrong but I insist that he know how wrong he truly was. Just lost a very valuable customer and yet I have his information because I am a regional property manager unsid move in packets going straight in the trash soon as I hit my office today never again. And yet we try to patronize our own. It's not worth it go where you as a customer matter. You never know who's walking in as a customer. NEVER AGAIN

These guys might be able to fix a flat tire, but thats about it. I had my clutch replaced here because they were about $200 cheaper so i went with it. When i got my car back my steering wheel was stuck 90 degrees to the left and there was a huge dent in my hood. Why they called and said my car was ready i have no idea. Of course they couldnt fix it right then so i had to bring it back. the next weekend they fixed that but kept telling me to come back the next weekend to take care of the dent. After 2 months they finally got to it by sending it to another body shop. When i got the call to come get it, they made me drive my car, at their shop, to the body shop without the hood. I was in absolute disbelief. Even one of the employees there told me that wasnt right. They have lost a customer here and hopefully my misfortune to save a few bucks will save someone else the pain ive gone through.

Thanks for helping a 67 year old widow by accepting oil and tire wheels to be recycled.
