I first bought a Mercedes c240 from sammy in 2012 April. 2 months later, it developed starter problem. Sammy just asked me to bring it to the shop and gave me a loaner car and fixed it free of cost. I finished paying for the mercedes and bought a volvo xc 90 which I have recently finished paying.

Sammy is a cool guy and will always work with the customer. I will certainly go back and buy the BMW from his show room.

I had a worst experience ever with Sami's Auto Sales. Recently I bought a car with this dealer. I paid all the money and to get the title you need to beg them. I got very very poor response from this dealer. They will not pick your call, even if they pick, they will put you on hold and disappear. I recommend all my friends not to buy cars with Sami's Auto Sales. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM SAMI'S AUTO SALES.

This dealership was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had purchased a car from them before.. I have less then perfect credit/ i have a repo on mine/ and was in need of a car ASAP. needless to say i was turned down by many dealerships.., i was surprised and happy to find out that these guys really could help me out. I have met the owner of this business and cant say enough of good things about him. He was more then helpful, courteous and patient with me. Thanks to Samis Auto i am driving a car i wanted to have ,and have payments low enough for me to be comfortable with. Thank you, guys! I will recommend Samis auto to all of my friends and co-workers, and will buy from them again! PS. Tiffany/Tina/etc. with the negative reviews..my car has been repo'd in the past, so i ve been there, know the feeling.. but when you sign the contract with someone/does not matter who/what kind of business it is, you are expected to fulfill it. Not a good reason to call anyone a crook, etc.-bitter and unnecessary Anna A.

I got financing with them before i never have problems with them i am always late paying my car payment i just have to call them let them know just don't ignored them:) what ever time you need they give you. SAMI @ ROBERT they nice guys i have no idea whats all this bad reviews about this dealer ship!!!!!!. i have 4 kids we all bought cars from sami he fixed everything we we ask him to do with out question :))) I LOVE THIS DEALER SHIP I AM GOING BACK TO TRADE MY CAR AGAIN ANY ONE COMING WITH ME..... BEST CARS IN TEXAS GOD BLESS SAMI @ ROBERT :)))))

Stay away I got a car and it broke down 5 days later there cars don't work

Stay Away! Bought a motorcycle from them 2 months ago. No title has come yet and no tags. Think i am getting any help? Nope!
