Provided by YP.comi recently purchased a car from this dealership about a month from today, I am active duty Air Force and preparing been preparing for a deployment for the month i have had the carn th. I call the Dealership to see where my plates have been< All the owner has to say is you have to send us $20 for the plates to be sent. NOTE: the final deal hass TTL all put in ahs one when i bought the car. So its not over a measly $20(even though some will say just pay it than) The poiint is as i explained to the owner you are really not sending my plates when there is a statemnet that says ALL TTL is one price and i still jhave to send hime a 20 spot.. Also the owner doesnt like to DEAL WITHH USAA?????!!! often >> WOW so if you are Military DO NOT GO THERE HE WILL SCREW YOU>>
we sold this individual a great car with a very reasonable price. He was very happy with the car. We informed him at the time of the sale that we charge $20 to mail the plates or he can pick up the plates at the office at no cost. The customer informed us that he wants us to ship the plates to him. He states "he doesn't have any money with him and will mail the $20 to us later". All TTL means is tax, title, and license only. It does NOT include shipping the license plates. Customers are welcome to pick up their license plates at the dealership office at no cost.We have been in business for 12 years and have good experiences with USAA and their members. We also deal with many military customers from USAA and never had any problem with anybody. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
