I have rented from this company for over 15 years and have nothing to say but good about them. They treat you like family. Others posting negative reviews just have an ax to grind and didn't get their way. Shame on you.

These people were extremely unprofessional and rude. The woman who answered the phone spoke so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. The woman Mary I actually ended up speaking with had 0 customer service, real estate, or people skills for that matter.

I had terrible experience, they had me pay for all my application fees with cash which is not a problem but it took over a week for me to get an answer. They said the landlordso take their time getting back to them with an answer after reviewing your paperwork. Not only that.. They told is we weren't approved and didn't couldn't even give us a reason. So I am telling you now.. if you are African American don't waste your time. We made 4 times the rent and had good rental history. So it shouldn't have been no reason for us not to get approved. I lost $100 just on applications. Very disappointing.
