HORRIBLE!

I'm new to Texas and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I will be leaving Texas behind Sedona Springs. The apartments are raggedy, rent is WAY too much, they laugh at you when you call to complain, they won't answer half the time, they won't relay messages, they have horrible bugs, the neighbors are noisy and they won't do anything about it, staff is rude, they don't care. DO NOT MOVE IN SEDONA SPRINGS! SAVE YOUR MONEY & BE HAPPY ELSEWHERE!

this place is terrible now

To the new owner of this property, you screwed up firing ridgmark property management. The office staff is rude, horrible and incompetent. Don't move here! Been here for years leaving my home now.

We are now on day 4 of not hav...

We are now on day 4 of not having ac. It has been 90 degree weather all week and we are miserable. I am very unhappy, and this is my last resort before I copy this into multiple review boards. I would like to be compensated for 4 days of misery caused by your apartment personal and the incompetence of your maintenance crew. I have lived with Sedona Springs apartments in Arlington, Tx since November of 2010, and have just renewed my lease the month become Lincoln Property Company acquired this complex. Please respond shortly, I want someone to hear me out and empathize with what I have been going though the last few days.

Day 1 Call apartment personal at 9 O'clock in the morning and maintenance doesn't show up until 630 that evening. Called office at 11 o'clock and we get an answering service. basically we leave a message and they do nothing. called at 530 ( 8.5 hours in) talked with apartment manager. "sure thing, he will be right out there" call back 15 minutes later because I forgot to ask a question, answering service again. Looks like the office closes at 530. maintenance guy comes out at 630( 9.5 hours in) tells us its a blown compressor and the AC works for all of 15 minutes before going out again. So we sleep in the sweltering apartment which is miserable.

Day 2 My husband goes by the office at 9 tells them it still is not working, No one shows up, My husband goes but he office again at 11. "oh they should be on their way" 3 o'clock (30 hours, no A/C) hits, still no one. I call, crying, because I'm hot, sweating, and very frustrated. I tell the lady at the office that I am miserable. half an hour later, Finally the maintenance man comes out. Looks like it wasn't a blown compressor at all but we need a new unit. This horrible. He even says that the guy the day before should have ordered us a new one, and if he had we would have it on that day (2) and we should have it in the morning.

Day 3- Call am assured by Amanda that the unit will be put in that morning. 12 o'clock (51 hours with no air conditioning in 95 plus degree weather ) comes by and I can no longer afford to miss work. I go in, come home at 5 (56 hours)to find a hole in the ground where my A/C unit was with various parts spewed across the ground including the back panel and the fan. Nothing is more depressing at that moment. Just a hole where my beautiful A/C unit was. I am so sad. I get my husband to call because I am so distraught at that point that I couldn't hold a conversation. Finally after 3 long sleepless nights that apartment manager offers us keys to their model home. Oh my gosh, it is absolutely breathtaking. Nothing at all compared to the unit we rent. Beautiful hard wood floors, not the cheap peeling lament like what we have, all the walls are painted nice light colors( we have on dark ugly maroon "accent wall" the carpet is better quality and has a pad underneath it, I always feel like I'm going to fall though mine. This was very generous of him, and I appreciate it.

Day 4 I wake up at 9 feeling happy and refreshed. I take out and arm full of our things to return it to our apartment. and am immediately called to tell me I left thing in the model home. Well, yes I am walking right now, I was planning on making two trips. I come back, and this is what gets me. There is the apartment manager, and a pretty blonde lady taking pictures with her phone of my things. What? I ask her what she is doing, she replies " taking pictures for the website" why oh why are you taking pictures of my things lady. the only thing i can think of is to document our stay there and maybe make sure we didn't steal anything or damage anything. I am a little offended and put off by this as well. it is now 11 o'clock ( 62 hours) It is about to storm, its extremely hot and humid in my apartment and I haven't seen any sign of anyone. Please can anyone help me?

I LOVE living here!

We moved in in April of 2007 and I plan to stay a lot longer! The apartment complex is very nice on the outside and our apartment is so spacious and CHEAP! I have had no problems since I moved here and I have no complaints. They recently switched management companies and they have been great! Maintanence is always wonderful and everyone in the office is so nice. I have recommened this place to everyone I know who is looking for an apartment.
