Brought a year old terrastar in for what I was thought was warranty work. The steering column locked up while being driven. Pretty scary. Paid the dealership a diagnostic fee of $162.50. Southwest International tells me on my truck with 51,000 miles the steering gearbox is out and not covered under warranty. With that said I had the gear box rebuilt. Guess what $1000.00 later to learn it is the steering column. Non the less calls to management, general manager, and service managers in both Dallas and McKinney have not returned my call.s. Had we been in an accident due to the steering failure I'm sure both me and International would be sued. A total lack of customer service from Southwest International.

what a joke

dropped truck off Wednesday afternoon for kingpins and alignment took till Fri for them to even look at it won't get worked on till Monday.
