Brought my car in. Paid $400 for it. They didn't fix the problem. They said it was something else and wanted another $400 for it.

We have brought our truck and van into them for the past 3 yrs. They have always been polite, knowledgeable. They have always been reasonable in price. We have recommended friends here. They are always busy.

Terrible experience. Brought the car to him because it was having trouble starting. He called me and explained everything that should be fixed but I only wanted to fix the required stuff as of right now due to the pricing. That being said I expected him to fix the problem with it starting. I paid $300 and he never did anything with the problem for starting the car saying it's the fuel pump but he accused me of saying I told him I did not want it. Which makes no sense because why I would I not want to fix the main problem for why I came to him in the first place. Will never ever be coming back and will be sharing my horrible experience with my peers and my community.
