Provided by YPmobileHave gone to the old location across the street for 2-3 years. Went to the new location across the street, I like the look of the place it's cleaner new tubs very modern but using the Clippers went from $5 to $10 which i think is ridiculous. I don't know where the red when the gal with the red hair that used to run the old one they have great people working across the street. Now everyone there really doesn't know what they're doing nobody comes around can I help you I had to ask a few times for towels I had to ask for the box of tools absolutely no help whatsoever the hour I was there. It was like well it's not my job or were busy and back it was more expensive and not like it used to be I don't know if its new owners or they fired all the old help but it ain't what it used to be. I'd rather drive to Dallas to do a dog wash. Sorry folks

Provided by YP.comThe first thing I saw when coming into The Dog Wash was a woman, late 20's/early 30's Hispanic dark longish hair, holding a small dog for a nail clipping. She seemed to be very short with the owners after their dog pee'd on her out of the excitement. I went to the vet they have there on Sunday's to get my dogs medicine, had great service from them and then took her to the front to have her nails clipped. The woman immediately looked at my dog and said to her coworker, an elderly woman with short grey hair, "I'm not doing this, my hands are oily." We have to use a mussel because my dog hates having her nails clipped. The younger woman tried to force an obviously small mussel on my dogs face. When I put a proper sized mussel on her face I tighten it very firm, and the younger woman tightened it even more it looked like it was pinching my dogs fur. The younger woman spoke to us in my opinion, in a very irritated, stern and loud tone of voice. When I took the mussel off my dog she snared "watch out she might try to bite you." My dog is a sweet affectionate dog, who just happens to be scared of her nails being clipped. That is why she is wearing a mussel, not because she is aggressive. The older woman was very polite and knew what she was doing. I think if you are going to work with animals you should be passionate about them. When you are caring for someones pet, it's not just a job or a way to make money, because our pets are family.
Outrageous lie probably coming from a competative business. Shop tapes for this day do not show any such event.

Provided by YP.comIn todays bad economy this is a cheap alternative to those other pricey pet groomers
You can let them do it or do it yourself. I paid 15 for my dog and she just loves the place.
They have all the products and tools to make your dog beautiful. They even have a air drying room for
your pet, They have thought of it all. They even offer vaccinations. I let my kids come and they enjoyed it too.
My dog is so pretty now.

Provided by YP.comI took my pet there for her first grooming, and found out that they let you do it yourself for around $15
My kids loved it and they actively participating in the process. My dog had never done this and now I'm gonna take her
often. She loved it, She was a fluff ball when we were done and I was amazed at the transformation.
I highly recommend it,for anyonw who wants to treat their dog and save a few bucks.
