I'm out over $13,000 after dealing with these guys. They sell many cars on Ebay Motors. It's been 22 days since I bought a 2001 BMW 325i from them, and still no car. They kept citing "shipping problems", and now (as of last 4 days) won't even return calls or emails. They won't return (re-wire) the money back either.

Ebay fraud dept. and BBB are now involved. In a week, if no car and no refund still, I'll involve the Arlington Police Dept. and have my lawyer get involved.
