This is my worst experience in the US.



They were supposed to get my apartment ready by previous week. I had paid for the application and admin one and half month ago and the PROMISED me to make it like PERFECT by the day. ( I showed up several times to make sure every thing is OK before the move in date)



When I got the key I was SHOCKED, because:

1. the bath roof was leaking and the floor and carpets were full of water

2. the toilet was even worse than the worst public toilet I've ever seen.

3. the Patio and Windows were not clean.

4. the refrigerator was not clean.



The only thing they told was that: OK, we can make it ready for 4 days later!! and you can stay for your friends!!! (my stuffs were in U-Haul)



Now it is more than a week from that experiment and I hopefully I'm in my friend's home (hopefully I found a new apartment that will be ready soon)



Since my electricity is still on that apartment, I asked them to pay for it and also for the cancellation fee, not just the manager did not respond me, BUT SHE ASKED A COP TO DRIVE ME OUT!!!
