Very Unprofessional and refused to redo my hair after advising her that she is violating the Consumer's Right Act of 2016. This is in the works to pursue Eraina and the business owner for lack of professionalism to satisfy an unsatisfied customer, and refused to return any funds after holding my money hostage without resolving the matter. I spent additional money to pay someone else to redo my hair.



Eraina shows up late for her appointments and does not inform the client of the situation, only for the client so show up to a locked door.



Dealing with stylist, I have never encountered anything like this. Eraina explained that she would not have let me out the chair if she was not satisfied with my hair. No, no, no...that is backwards. I should leave her chair unless I am satisfied because I and the consumer.



I have been in the company of Mary B. Blige hair stylist and paid $$$$ for infusion weave. This is just to show I what the best stylist that can perform his or her duty
