Good food, good people, good service, good price. If you're in the mood for BBQ, ain't no better place in Arlington.

Wish I found a new good BBQ joint to call my favorite, but this aint it. Walked in to an empty dark place (6 PM on a Saturday) expecting the three cars in the front parking slots to belong to patrons not employees. Walked past the only waitress sitting with some guy and a kid trying to figure out if we seat ourselves, or order at the register in the back. A kind gentleman at the register told us that the waitress was on break and seated us.

My wife and I had never been here before so we decided to try a little of everything. They were out of the green bean side, and I don't think they gave me the right beans that I ordered. My wife's pulled pork was blackened and dry, the sausage a little too spicy, and brisket & ribs were dry as well. When my wife told the waitress she didn't want to eat the burned pork, the waitress argued with her that "everybody else likes it". Such a big disappointment. And to top it off, the "kind gentleman" who seated us brought the check and insisted on me signing the credit receipt in front of him! I can see why the parking lot has the same three cars parked out front every night I pass this place on my way ou to eat. Maybe not for too much longer in this economy...One star for decor.

The meat is so flavorful and not under or over cooked. It's complimented with a uniqe smoke flavor that's not over powering. The food served there will put other BBQ restaurants to shame! Finally, Texas has a BBQ restaurant that can back it's claims. The beans are sooooo good! For Real!!!!
