The new director here is rude and I feel like she talks down on me instead of to me! She will suspended my 4yr old son over everything! She says he has problems when he never gives me issues at home! When I told her this she acted surprise as if I was lying. He is the only one of my kids that'll help me clean the whole house literally! Everyone that watches him never complains about him. Than all of a sudden with her he has issues. He was suspended for 2days to come back one day get suspended for 2more days. She than told me I wasn't taking it serious! I'm missing work taking my son to work risking to lose my job! Than she said he needs play therapy I was like okay whatever to make her be okay with my son. She told me that and that day I called an got a appt for the following week. Than I tell her I'm risking losing my job idk how serious i could be. She told me that's not her fault. She got mad I brought my baby in house shoes no they were not all soft they had a hard bottom they could be compared to his side on converse shoes. I told her on phone when she told me why did I bring him in those that he couldn't be there like that I told her yes I'm sorry he had spilled hot sauce on his shoes last night I need to clean them so I brought those until I was able to clean the other ones. She literally gave me 60mins to bring him new shoes or wouldn't watch him. Which I work all way past downtown Fort Worth by the stockyards!! I had called my brother to see if he could than she got mad when they were dirty when I told her on the phone the reason why he didn't have his shoes on said it was inappropriate. Which I don't understand when I had to her why he had house shoes. It's ridiculous especially I feel like she does not care! I'm paying for daycare to go to work to provide for my kids! Than the daycare your paying doesn't even want to watch your kids and says it ain't their fault you might lose your job!

This the worse daycare ever! I would give it no stars if possible. The director doesn't care about the kids, she will automatically suspend them. She told me that my nephew has problems and need to go see a doctor and HE'S ONLY 4 years old!

My six week old was left to cry every time I looked on the camera. The director didn't discipline the girl only tried to cover for her. I had to log on and call them and tell them to feed my six week old daughter who had been crying for 20 minutes while the teacher walked back and forth. I logged on 5 times a day for a week and not once saw the teacher with a baby ..only crying. My son was told by a teacher at 6 yrs of he acted like a baby he would be treated like one. The teacher took his brothers diaper and taped to his back to ridicule him. She told him next time it would be a pink one while the class made fun of him.. The teacher was not fired or disciplined but quit because she was burned out. Another time they call me from work because my son had no diapers. Even if I ask when I get there they shuffle the kids to other teachers and no one knows what they need. I get multiple calls asking me to leave my job to bring diapers because no one ever knows if they need them until their main teacher is there.. so i asked to let him borrow since no one told me he needed some and I was stuck at work. They said if they couldn't they would call me and let me know. When I get there they had let my one year old pee his pants and shoes... had on clothes that were half his size and couldn't be buttoned up.. No shoes.. and no diaper. I am reporting them to the state. The director says she has never had a parent leave for not being satisfied but refused to so much a write up the teachers doing this or address the issues outside od retraining and covers for them so she doesn't have to hire. She retrains. Even the good teachers won't leave their own kids here. Stay away! The teachers know they won't get in trouble and are rude and disrespectful. One teacher spanned her own 18 month old Doreen at the door told him if he gets up she would give ut to him when they got home. She walked away to get her stuff from the room she teaches leaving her scared baby in the front. He didn't even cry when she spanned him. Stay away!
