This place has the friendliest nursing staff I've ever experienced!

My previous experiences in Southlake and Grapevine made me feel like a number or just a body. The staff at those places seemed almost inconvenienced, you know? Or like they'd rather be on their phones.. NOT at Trinity Park.

The four nurses that I had the pleasure of interacting with were professional, warm, personable, and took the time to keep me and my partner comfortable, informed and honestly it didn't feel like going into/leaving surgery at all. They were so sweet and accommodating and I can't thank them enough for their humor, positivity, and care that goes into the work that they do.

This staff took the stress right out of what would typically be a stressful event.

Day of surgery they wanted $235 of co-pay. Asked if they could take my HSA card and run it next day as there was a deposit coming. The lady who was the business manager was very rude and insisted on payment then and there. Fast forward to August, there was no co-pay and they said I would get my money back in 2 to 3 weeks. Wow no hurry to give it back. Do not do business with these people. Shysters.



Update 9/1/15 Still no check or returned phone call. Shysters!!! BEWARE!!!!!

The medical care received was great!! I had to only give two star rating due to the fact that the business/billing side is TERRIBLE. Did not file claim properly or timely, office Manager is rude, won't be accountable for mistakes. It appears as a consumer she is an arrogant right fighter and has NO customer service skills. The staff below her lie and cover up mistakes. If a overhaul of business side was done with educated, customer oriented PROFESSIONALS this place would be a Five Star facility!!

There are servicable and dependable people.

Professional, effiecient, smooth & timely!! I couldn't ask for or dream of better!! So impressed too by the empathetic, attentive care given by nurses Tina, Danette & Michelle. Just stellar service & care, ladies!! And on Valentine's Day, no less!!! (Dr. Jason Harrison was my surgeon - also the BEST doc I've ever encountered!!) I'd give 'em all 10 stars!!!
