A postmaster from this office made a delivery attempt on Monday and till Saturday no redelivery attempt was made and all attempt to get them on the phone was unsuccessful. They will not pick up the phone. They are very unprofessional.

Worst post office ever. My rating is a zero. Thanks to your lazy employee names Markita. The company should not employ people who do not know what they are doing or can't handle the tasks at the pick up station.

I have been in a battle with the carrier for 76001 mail delivery. They have been holding my mail and refused to deliver because they say my box is too low. However, they have NOT given me an official note to that effect. I took a picture of my box that is 39 and 1/2 inches high and compared with the others on my street and all that are being delivered to are of varying heights, some lower and some higher than mine. I am not sure what to do. I am certain that I have mail since 1/27/11, which is the last time I got any mail. When I call they say, there is no mail or it is being held, or it will be delivered. Someone is wrong, and it isn't me. I am diligently trying to get everyone to send all correspondence via email. That doesn't help with Netflix, which I am paying for, but can't get Bardin Road PO to deliver. Help!!! What about SS info, I am a senior citizen, but this is how they start to treat seniors. I hope the pen is mightier than the sword, I pray.
