Provided by YP.comI moved back to Texas from Michigan and realizing I needed front plates here and my car did not have holes to put one I called these lovely people and they said, "Come on in and we'll take care of that for you." So I did and they did and it was nice to be back around good ol' Southern hospitality.

Provided by YPmobileWent in to look at a beautiful 2018 silverado LT z71 crew cab. Kim called me said they still had the truck and at the same Internet price witch was 35,730. I got there and handed me over to Luis and went on the test drive. Started doing paper work noticed they jumped the priced up to 39,xxx and some change. I asked why I went up almost 4000 dollars he said the rebates had changed that morning. Which was funny because Kim called me and said it was the same. I wish we could have done business since I loved the truck.

Provided by YP.comDon't be deceived by the name Vandergriff. Tommy Vandergriff made Arlington a great city and he was related to these Vandergriffs but that is where the similarities end.. Their service department is inept and rude. Stay away.

Provided by YP.comMy husband to our vehicle, a 2004 Toyota Tundra into Vandergriff Toyota located at 1000 West I-20 in Arlington, TX for regular preventative maintenance on Friday; May 24th, 2013. As a part of the preventive maintenance the service technician suggested that the tires be rotated, which was authorized. When we picked up the vehicle it was found that all 4 hubcaps were cracked and 1 was broken and missing a piece. My husband took the vehicle back up to the dealership and spoke with Mr. Pat Lemieux; Service Manager for Vandergriff Toyota. Mr. Lemieux was extremely combative and rude and refused to pay for all 4 of the cracked hubcaps stating that he would “split it with us” and replace 2 of them. My husband left and came home to discuss this with me at which point while we agreed that it was completely unjust and unfair it was better then not having any of them replaced. My husband then call Mr. Lemieux to agree to have them replace 2 of the damaged hubcaps at which poiny the was told that he was “Refusing that deal” and that he would not pay or replace any of the damaged hubcaps. Mr husband then told Mr. Lemieux that we had been bringing all of our vehicles faithfully to Vandergriff Toyota for the past 6 years and that it was not right to treat customers that way. Mr. Lemieux then advised my husband not to bring our vehicles back to Vandergriff Toyota. I then immediately called Mr. Lemieux back and left a voicemail to try and resolve this issue, as that did not release them from liability. I did not receive a return call so I called the dealership daily from May 27th - 31st, 2013leaving several voicemails for both Mr. Lemieux and Mr. Lee Perrin; who I was advised by the receptionist was the manager above Mr. Lemieux to NO avail. The afternoon of Friday; May 31st, 2013 I called the dealership back and spoke with the receptionist explaining that I have left several voicemails to NO avail at which time she put me on hold, returning stating that she spoke with Mr. Perrin and that she was advised that Mr. Lemieux would have to correct this issue, again to NO Avail. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comWent to get my brakes done in the service department. While i was waiting a gentlemen came to the waiting area and gave us a presentation on the programs currently available through Toyota and how we could save money. Next thing you know i have a new Camry with a 0% interest loan and lower car payments. The salesman was very helpful and didnt waste my time with crappy offers. I was shown the invoice and thats what i bought the car for.
Speedy and honest, thank you.

Everyone there was very helpful including Mike Turano and John Gollie along with the Customer Relations people. They found me what I was looking for very quickly and demonstrated all the features and benefits of owning a Toyota. Provided by YP.comSteve DeWitt and Craig Marquis were so helpful when I went in looking for a new car. I hadn't purchased a new car in a very long time but they made the process quick and painless! Craig helped me choose the exact car to meet my needs. He listened to my concerns and desires and was able to satisfy me a way no other sales person was able to that day! It made the decision to buy from him an easy one. Steve came out of the 'glass bubble' and sat down with me. He listened to my concerns about the cost of the car. He understood that I could only afford a certain amount and didn't try to pressure me into paying more money than I was comfortable paying. Financing was a breeze and the next thing I knew I was driving off the lot in my brand new car! I am so happy! I will be a customer for life!

Provided by YP.comWent into dealership for an oil change, noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Asked my service rep Corey Copely if I could get this tire plugged. He said it would not be possible to plug tire but I should buy a new one for $120.00. On my lunch break at work a few days later I found a tire store "Latino" and they said they can plug it for me no problem for $5.00, and when I am ready to buy a new one I can buy one there for $62.00. The moral of my story is I guess if your a women don't go into a dealership cause they will try and rip you off and tell you lies inorder to sell you something you don't need. I would of thought Vandergriff would be a bit more honest, I guess I was wrong.
Ladies Beware of this dealership.
