I took my vehicle to wash masters. Their equipment is rough on your vehicle. It slammed down onto the 3rd brake light on my Cadillac Escalade, cracking the light and then proceeding to rip it from the roof of the vehicle during the washing process. The light was completely ripped from the rear roof of the vehicle and had to be retrieved from the floor of the bay washing area. The light clips and screws were still attached to the vehicle and their response was that the light must have been loose.

Incredible wash. My truck has never been this clean and it stayed looking clean for months. All Wash Masters sites have incredible service and quality.

On my first trip there, a power washer got loose from the worker and knocked several large dents along the side. The acting manager stopped the car wash then restarted it once the hose was under control. After I pulled out, the manager came and told me what happened then had me fill out an incident form and offered me a free $135 detail job. I said I would wait until the Senior Manager reviewed the tape. A few days later the Senior Manager called, admitted the error, and told me to get body shop quotes. I have taken in two and he is balking. He now wants me to go to his car repair. I got fed up and we are looking at small claims court because the Senior Manager now says he has forwarded the quotes and video to the owner who is conveniently out of the country. MMmmmm...time for some good ole American justice.
