This place is horrible. Terrible management. Nosey stuck up neighbors. And nothing to do. Lived there for two years and rent was raised 3x's!!! $470/month for what??? Nothing has changed or improved since I had been living there. Thank God I moved out and don't have to deal with them.

I took a friend home from work and I ride a motorcycle. I entered the park and drove about 5 mph, only putting in and out. As I was leaving the manager stepped out in front of my bike stopping me and proceded to tell me to never come up in that park again on my motorcycle. My bike is no louder that any honda and I didn't see where motorcycles were not allowed. If I were living there this would be enough for me to move. I would never live where I or my friends were not allowed to drive to my resident that I pay to live in. If I were wild and excessively loud I could see being asked not to ever come back, but I'm 51, a female, not that that made any differance and I was very respectful and it was only 7:30 PM. I bet if he rode a motorcycle he wouldn't be acting like that. I feel like I was decrimated againest for riding a motorcycle. You should be doing something about all the pot holes your PAYING TENNENTS have to deal with. You have enough speed bumps now, fill in the holes if you want to improve your RV Park For PAYING TENNENTS... GET A LIFE OLD MAN! SHERIDES1_2
