I've been to lots of White House Black Markets, and there are some things that never change: their clothes are always beautiful (but expensive), and their employees are VERY high pressure sales! I'm not into that, but I guess some people are. The White House Black Market in the highlands gets three stars from me. There have been times where I have gone in there, and everyone is extremely friendly - but other times where I get dirty looks and employees seemed annoyed to have me there (even if I plan on buying something). All in all, it seems to be a hit or miss.

Me and my boyfriend went in to this store in the beginning of last month and purchased me a dress for this All White Affair that we planned to attend that weekend. The sales associate who helped me was very helpful and I ended up buying a dress and signing up for a frequent buyer card. However, when I went to White House Black Market on Friday, August 9, 2008 the service WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT!! I walked-in with the intentions on making a purchase, but changed mind when NO ONE OFFERED to HELP ME! I walked around the store for approx. 15 mins while there were 5 SALES ASSOCIATES in the store including a manager standing around talking and doing absolutely NOTHING! This was very disheartening to me! If you ARE from the BLACK MARKET and NOT the WHITE HOUSE..don't even think about shopping here!!!
