Were not very friendly when I dropped off my shoes. Told me it would be around $14 to fix two pairs (the heels were worn down to the nail). When I came to pick up the shoes, my total was $43 because apparently the heel broke while they were trying to fix it and they had to repair that too. However, I received no phone call alerting me to this before they decided to fix it without my consent... Then the credit card maching was broken, and when cash was paid they could provide no receipt. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!



Also the store is only open 9 - 6 Mon - Sat. and Closed Sunday. So for those of us who work normal hours, Saturday is the only time you can go.
