Dr. Spanoli is the VERY BEST ENT and surgeon in Northern Virginia. You can trust this practice!!

I went to Dr. Spagnoli for a third opinion on sinus surgery. It was the best decision I ever made. Although he agreed on the necessity of the surgery, he explained every step in detail and ansered all of my questions. The surgery was at Arlington Hospital (the best!), and I have recovered in record time. From start to aftercare, Dr. Spagnoli was thoroughly professional, yet kind and patient. I'm a very happy patient!
