Please don't take your dog there! I took my little and what it used to be a beautiful yorkie to this "pet salon" for a groom because her hair was a little messy. She only needed a little patience to untangle her hair but to my surprise the only thing they did was cut her hair to the base even after I specifically told her not to cut it too short. They didn't even take the time to try to untangle her hair. The only hair left was in her head, which guess what... it was tangled. They did such a horrible job that they didn't even cut her hair evenly. A 2 year old boy could've done a better job with the razor. You can only see a bunch of waves of hair, all of them with different length. And After I complain at the time of picking her up, the only thing they say is that its ok, that her hair is about an inch long... she really needs to get familiar with lengths. It was more like 1/4 of an inch. Ok, so let's think about it, if her hair was so bad that the only option was to shave her hair, she should've call me before doing so. And that's not all. After I got home, later that night my dog starts scratching like she wanted to bite her skin off. Don't know what she got in that "pet salon" but it's not nice to see your dog crying of desperation. Don't take your dog there. I paid $65 dollars for somebody to ruin my dog's hair! I could've paid $49 for a much better quality job at Petsmart... what was I thinking!!!
