The Halogenated Solvents Industry Alliance, Inc (HSIA ) was formed in 1980 by a group of executives in the chlorinated solvents industry to meet the growing challenges of government regulation. HSIA is dedicated to serving the interests of the halogenated solvents industry - interests that include solvent equipment manufacturers, and producers, distributors, and commercial users of halogenated solvents.
