It looks like the girl below had an awful experience but that hasn't been the case for me. I have been coming to Le Touche for several years and always leave with a great haircut. Everyone in the salon is very nice and coming to this salon gives me a chance to work on my Spanish. They recently remodeled and the salon looks great. They offer free wifi and give students and military and 20% discount. Cant beat that.

I had an awful experience there. The stylist that did my hair, pulled it out in huge chunks; and then blamed it on my "damaged" hair. My un-relaxed hair becomes frizzy and tangled after washing, so it is important to de-tangle before attempting to style it. Instead, my stylist just combed through it with a fine-toothed comb, ripping it out in the process. Though I explained to her that I was uncomfortable, she didn't even attempt to alter her technique. My head hurt awful for the next 3 or 4 days. On top of that, with half my head already done, she raised the price she had quoted me in the beginning because it was taking her " longer than she expected" to style my hair. I had no choice but to pay. I considered complaining to the owners and contemplated bringing a civil suit against the salon and stylist, because I ended up having to get my shoulder length hair cut. Now I now have bald spots and sections of my hair that are half an inch long. I regret going there, and will warn others.
