The owner is very gracious and kind. Mory if I remember correctly has gone out of his way to help with whatever you need. I got some adjustments and cleaning . Bought a watch and I trust him like no other. Professional, great prices and knowledgeable.

I have been in the Crystal City area for quite sometime now. My wife loves jewelery, what woman doesn't? It was our tenth anniversary, I had already made the dinner reservations, arranged for the flowers, and as a last minute gesture decided to pick her up a piece of jewelery. There are a few stores in the mall where I work, but this place had just remodelled and I sai to myself why not. I try to support the so called Mom and Pop businesses whenever I can. When I entered the establishment I was greeted after several minutes by a gentleman who could barely speak english. His hands were dirty, so I figured he was probally the goldsmith. I understood that the owner would return shortly so I waited. Ten minutes later the owner walked in. In a fast paced stride I was greeted with a cold, "How can I help you?". I had explained to him my situation only to be told at that I shouldn't have come in at the last minute, we do custom design work and I'm to busy right now to accomidate your needs. I had found my wife a beautiful topaz ring. It was the right price just not the right size. I was told that it would take until the next day afternoon to size the ring, I had a hour to spare so I pleaded that, told him charge me double, I didnt think the jeweler was that busy, how long could it take. The answer was, 'NO!"



My wife loved the dinner and flowers!
