Shooshan Company, LLC is a real estate development firm based in Arlington, Virginia with an experienced team of real estate professionals skilled in development,,, property management, and finance. We have planned and developed over 2 million square feet of real estate in the Washington metropolitan area ; with an additional 800, 000 square feet currently in pre-development. The Company was formed in 1986 and is led by John G. Shooshan, Chairman. Mr. Shooshan has created a portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet of developed, leased, managed, and planned real estate. As Chairman of the company, he is responsible for strategic firm policy decisions, as well as directing new business ventures, cultivating investor relationships, and helping to guide the Company's development activities. Active in community affairs, Mr. Shooshan lends his energy and expertise to a variety of local, public and private organizations.
