After buying a pump, I decided that I should return the item, which being in the EXACT CONDITION it was sold to me, should be covered under their exchange policy. I encountered the same customer service guy who sold me the goods who proceeded to tell me that the pump is missing the labels and packaging that comes with it, therefore incurring a 15% restocking fee. After explaining to him that the pump was exactly as it was sold to me(literally in my car for 3 days untouched and unused), he arrogantly LIED to me telling me he remembered the labels and tags were on the pump when sold. At this point I knew why this store had low reviews. The fee is only $7, but between the principle of the act and the fat lie on top of it, I decided to keep everything for the time being and to pursue the matter later.



In short, BUYER BEWARE this store location. If you decide to shop there, I hope you have a better experience than I have.
