I am not writing this review because I am angry and want to put a bad review, I am writing to help people not to spend many thousands of dollars in an overpriced apartment. It's a nice place to live if you like the smell of dog urine. I am a dog-lover and I have a dog and that was the reason I went to this place, and they charge a lot to live there and you expect it to be clean. It seems everyone here has a dog, and they let their dogs go number 1 right outside the front doors. There were literally pools of urine there and you can imagine the smell. Plus they didn't even wash it down. Another bad thing is there is a park right next to the apartment building, and all the homeless people are there all day long and every afternoon they line up because some volunteer group feeds them every day. So there is trash and food lying around; my dog got sick a few times from eating some food left by the homeless people. Also, some of the homeless people sleep in the church across the street. Sometimes at night I would be startled to see some homeless guy lying in the middle of the grass, it made you feel unsafe. One time, I saw a window had been broken in the car in the street right in front of the building; I didn't feel safe. Also, in the room, there was a high-pitched noise that seemed to come from the wind moving through the hallways; it was like living in the haunted mansion. The door to the garage was broken a lot of the time and they left it open. Another complaint was the leasing agent was clueless. When asked about storage when we moved in and she said they didn't have any. So, we gave away two bikes that we had. Later I saw a big area where people could put their bikes. Generally I felt the management were unfriendly and just cared for the monthly rent. One time I had misplaced my key fob and they told me it would be $75 to replace it. Thank goodness I found it. The one good thing was the front desk staff, they were very friendly and professional.

I don’t recommend living here, they charge a lot of money and if I had wanted to renew, the rate went up by over four hundred dollars. I spoke to a lot of the people who lived there and no one was happy and no one stayed there for more than a few months. When we first moved in, there was a better manager but they got a new manager and things went downhill from that time; one assistant manager who was also very good quit after the new manager came in. Take my advice and keep looking.
