Would be less then a One star if possible.
My daughter went in and bought 2 banana splits which fell on her way to the car.
She promptly went back inside and was charged again!!!! Terrible business.
I would understand if she were gone awhile then claimed they fell, but that wasn't the case.
When I called to politely complain, a man who barely spoke English answered and I could barely.understand a word he said except that "no I.charge again, I change twice"
I can promise they will NEVER have our business again.
Learn English and learn good business ettiquite.
