If the food alone wasn't enough the family that owns the Beehive must have written the book on hospitality. This restaurant is a sleeper and definitely one of Westchester's best casual dines. Not enough good things can be said about it. Beehive is a family run restaurant that takes it's menu beyond the tired usuals with creativity and flair. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. Their Sunday brunch is what keeps me coming back. My favorite is the Salmon Benedict - poached eggs over smoked salmon on an English muffin with they're homemade Hollandaise sauce and corned beef hash. Delicious!
