WARNING-stay far, far away from this practice- they have one priority,.... Money. They don't return phone calls, they don't listen...all the decent employees who worked there have left. I have paid them lots of money-& when a new crown broke they refused to work with me on it-I know there is no guarantee, but this expensive cap lasted 2 years and all they wanted to do was charge me ANOTHER $1,700 to replace this NEW crown. (my insurance company wouldn't cover any of it , as it was too soon to replace). I asked that Dr. Guerrino call me to discuss and he didn't have the decency to call me. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and rude. I have now left, as has my 2 children. Dr. Guerrino & staff...how do you sleep at night knowing how you are? I have one word for all of their locations (Armonk, Mt. Vernon, Hartsdale, Scarsdale)...karma.

had a great experience with all the staff here at Guerrino dentistry. Starting from the front office Jacky. Dr. Rubinstein, Ortho. Dr. John dematteis, and last but not least the best cleaning I ever had my top best hygienist and very friendly Marsha Badolato. They were all really great and very helpful and they listen to your concerns.

This place is a mill, and not a good one. Doc tried to tell my son to get teeth removed and they weren't even in yet. No exrays. The hygienists do not speak English, so don't expect to know what's going on. The staff is discourteous and it's truly all about the billing. You will never see the dentist, and if you do, it's quick and a different doctor each time. This is not a professional dentistry practice and I would NOT recommend anyone using them.

Beware at Guerrino Practice. They claimed to my insurance were more than other honest local practices. Lot of items that we did not got the services were billed. Even cleaning service cost $80 more than my old dentist lest than 10 miles away. They will do switch and bait to new customer with fancy advertising. Watch what you getting into. It happened to my friend's family few years before mine. I did not listen to her and thought everything will be fine. A year later....the billing screw up... over charge.... unethical dentist. I reported to my insurance. Yes... this place is under watch list.
