I would have given this office no stars but that's not possible. I had to get a crown done and was approved by my insurance and paid the copay. I had it completed and then was billed for the remainder $500. I asked why and it is because apparently the office quit taking my insurance yet failed to inform me of that. I wouldn't have gotten it done if I knew they didn't take my insurance and I would have had to pay completely out of pocket. I tried to talk with them numerous times, to explain their mistake to them and even to negotiate a lower bill, yet they refuse to acknowledge this and have been rude to me and threatened to send my bill to collections. I will never go to them again and I am surprised how one can keep their job after being so incompetent. How embarrassing it is, as they are supposed to be a professional business.
